Call for Abstracts
Why submit an abstract?
Presenting your research at the 2019 European Annual Health Summit is an excellent way to network with colleagues, increase awareness of your work, and advance your career. All abstracts and full text papers presented at the congress will also be published in a special congress proceedings issue of SPG BioMed, which is an open access journal.
How to submit an abstract
The deadline for abstract submission is August 15, 2019.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be written in English
Abstracts may not include references, images, or tables
Abbreviations should be defined the first time they are used
Abstracts should be between 120 and 500 words
Additional information
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed within 10 calendar days. If you register without submitting an abstract it is possible to submit an abstract later. Each congress attendee may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
E-poster submission
For those who are unable to attend the congress but would still like to present their research, it is possible to submit an e-poster. Accepted e-posters will be published on the congress website and in the congress proceedings. The cost for each e-poster is 100 Euros (due upon acceptance).
FAQ
Who is eligible for the student rate?
Current full-time students of a degree granting program are eligible for the student rate.
Can I request an invitation letter?
Yes. Please send an email with your request to conferences@spg.ltd and the invitation letter will be prepared within 2 business days.
Am I responsible for making my own travel arrangements?
Yes, although it is possible to apply for travel reimbursement. Please contact the conference committee for further details.
How can I submit an abstract?
Please register and check the box for registering as a presenter. A field to enter your abstract will appear.
Is the registration fee refundable?
In exceptional circumstances the fee may be refunded if the attendee has a valid reason for being unable to attend. Please contact the conference organizers to inquire.
How do I pay the registration fee?
After completing the registration form, you will be directed to a page with instructions for payment. If you need an invoice please contact the conference committee.
